Online Title Searches
We search the PI and GI indexes of your electronic title plants for the current and prior owners in the chain of title, deeds, mortgages, judgments and liens, bankruptcies, and taxes etc. We then prepare the detailed report with the appropriate content based on its scope of coverage.
Current Owner / Property Report / O&E Report
This report involves searching the present title holder of the subject property and the last deed for consideration. We search from the current date backwards to find a deed of the subject property. This report includes the details like Vesting Deed, Current Tax Status, County Assessment Information, Open Mortgages, Active Judgments, Active Liens and Legal Description.
Ownership and Encumbrance (O&E) Report for Two Owner Search
This report involves a detailed title search on the last two owners in the chain of title of the subject property. Report includes the following details: Vesting Deed, Current Tax Status, County Assessment Info, Open Mortgages, Active Judgments, Active Liens, and Legal Description.
Full Search Title Report
Full Title Report runs a complete ownership chain of title or full search of the property as defined by the title standards of each state. Full title search report includes complete legal description, deeds in chain of title, encumbrances, easements, restrictions, right of ways and all open mortgages, judgments and liens.
Date down or Update Search
We do an update run or search on the subject property from the date of last search to the latest effective date and report all postings during this period.
Liens and Judgment Search Report
This report lists all the active liens on the subject property and judgments on an individual.
